Pair of 19th Century Austrian Enamel Hammered Brass Allegorical Panels

A beautiful pair of late 19th century hand painted enamel hammered brass plaques under glass frame. They are depicting mythological characters such as Diana the Huntress (the goddess of the hunt) and Fortuna (the goddess of the luck). Each stamped at the bottom right corner with "LB Depose Geschutzt" (the french word Depose and the german one Geschutzt meaning Protected, kind of copyright term). Please note this pair is pretty heavy. Circa date 1880-1890. Dimensions 26½”high/ 17½”wide.
