This is a beautiful second half of the 19th century Desk made from solid oak during the Renaissance Revival period. This lovely patinaed piece consists of a rectangular gadrooned top sitting upon an intricately sculpted belt boasting a magnificent embellishment and providing a pair of drawers, all standing on very nice barley twist legs connected to each other by a matching H-shaped stretcher. Note several scratches and dents can be seen here and there due to the age. Circa date 1870-1880...

This is an adorably simple Bench made from solid walnut by the end of the 18th century. It is directly inspired of the Louis XIV period more or less eighty years earlier. The rectangular seat has been recently covered by a white fabric and supported by four lovely turned legs connected to each other thanks to a h-shaped stretcher providing stability and sturdiness. Wear consistent with age and use. Circa date 1780-1790. Dimensions 19"high/ 26"wide/ 20"deep.
